At age 16 in the 90s, straight out of school, Matt was given the opportunity to manage a factory manufacturing conservatory roofs. He quickly expanded, building a team and producing 50 roofs per week. Fast-tracked 12 years later, Matt moved to installation. Ahead of his time, Matt quickly became the go-to person, training teams and developing systems. After being headhunted and in high demand, he was recognized as an industry expert. In 2019, Matt saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to give customers the care and quality installations they deserved. Matt has now built and trained remarkable teams and scaled the business to be able to offer his expertise and skills to more customers than ever before.
