At Enhance Homes, our process is simple and transparent. We start with a detailed consultation to understand your vision. Then, we move to planning and design, creating tailored solutions. Our skilled team handles the entire build with precision, ensuring quality at every stage. Finally, we complete the project with a thorough handover and a 10-year guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind.
During our Design Consultation we will discuss your needs, goals, and budget for the project. We will provide information on the services we offer, timeline for completion, and answer any initial questions you may have. This consultation helps to get an understanding of the project scope and allows you to determine if our company is the right fit for your project.
Our site survey is a detailed assessment conducted by Matt Williams, our Director and experienced window and roof technician, to gather information about your property in order to plan and prepare for your project. During the survey, Matt will examine the land, existing structures, utilities, and other important factors that may impact the project.
This information helps us to provide accurate recommendations, cost estimates, and ensure that the project is designed and executed efficiently and effectively. The site survey is a crucial step in the planning process and allows us to tailor our services to meet your specific needs and requirements.
Our detailed proposal is a comprehensive document prepared by Sarah Langley, our Company Secretary. This proposal outlines the scope of work, project timeline, materials to be used, cost estimates, payment terms, and any other relevant information needed to carry out the project successfully.
Our proposals are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer, ensuring that all aspects of the project are clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins. The detailed proposal serves as a roadmap for the project, providing transparency and accountability throughout the construction process.
The purpose of our second site survey is to finalise the order and ensure that all the details obtained during the first site survey are correct and most importantly that you are happy with the proposal and answer any further questions you may have, helping to ensure your vision is brought to life effectively and efficiently.
At this stage you will be expected to sign our contract of sale which includes a 14 day cooling off period.
Many of our suppliers require a 50% deposit at time of order. You will be issued with your deposit invoice along with the payment terms for the remaining balance. Once the deposit has been received by the manufacturer, they will provide us with a delivery date and we will provisionally book in your installation.
In addition to this, should your project require building regulations, we will also require the payment for your local authority building control and notify them of the work and we expect this to commence.
Prior to delivery you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the product. Once received, the manufacturer will confirm a delivery date.
Depending on the products you are receiving these may be delivered to our depot or direct to you. We will keep you updated and as soon as the products arrive we will confirm your installation date.
Once you are completely satisfied with the work carried out, the installation fee will be due for payment.
Once the job is finished, you will be provided with our product-specific warranties. In our pursuit of ensuring total customer contentment, we kindly request for you to share a customer review detailing your experience.
Matt will remain accessible to address any future concerns regarding the completed work.
